This is a stunning late midcentury patent leather suitcase in bright primary colors.
This suitcase is in a uniquely worn vintage condition - looks great but probably not suitable for travel.
The zipper was torn but I did a quick restore, sewing it back in place enough to get it working again - see pic #3. Although the restored zipper looks clean, the fix doesn't seem like it could endure heavy use.
The vinyl on the corners, on the metal frame, is worn away. See pics 4, 5 and 6.
The interior inside pocket is torn and the previous owner taped it back into place with some tough electrical tape - I didn't want to remove it and leave a sticky goo.
Otherwise, this piece LOOKS beautiful. The front and back exterior are in gorgeous condition. You can add it to your livingroom as a lovely piece of mod, mcm decor. Or add it to your set as a statement prop.
